Wanna know something? I love pajamas. No, I know, everyone loves a good pair of PJs but nope I LOVE PAJAMAS. Since I became a mom, the love I have for pajamas has gone towards my children and their wardrobes. I kept gaining weight with each pregnancy so the cute PJs I used to have weren’t sent away in boxes hoping to see the light of day soon. Well, that was nine years ago and once in a blue moon I would actually spend time to buy myself a decent pair of pajamas but like I said, that was once in a blue moon. Then, one day, my husband told me that it would be okay if I bought myself some new pajamas that actually looked decent.
I know what you may be thinking, “How dare he?!” No, the man had a point. Why shouldn’t I have nice pajamas too? I live in Minnesota for goodness sake, it gets cold and January is just around the corner. I took my little behind right on over to Kohl’s to buy some more attractive pajamas.

I love the Vera Wang line of pajamas available at Kohl’s. It’s called Simply Vera Vera Wang and believe me it’s anything but simple.

As crazy as I like my hair, you know with fun colors like green and blue, I tend to like classic, simple fashion and when it comes to sleepwear I have a tendency to go for comfort over style. I bought two pairs of Simply Vera lounge wear both in black but with small details that make a statement. Like this velour top and jogger pants. I love the snowflake detail and they are definitely as cozy as they look.

I also loved how soft and light weight this Simply Vera Vera Wang tee and jogger pants were. The stripes are classic enough that you could walk outside to get the mail and not be totally embarrassed to run into the neighbor.

I’m a big sucker for a pair of classic pajamas too. You know the kind that you envision wearing early on a winter morning while you’re fixing your coffee? Like this white floral two piece pajama set from Croft & Barrow. It’s so soft to the touch, plus I couldn’t pass up the chance to buy something white and not worry about having to keep it clean from sticky fingers.
