I've been making this for years. It's my summertime treat on hot days. I call it Charmed Iced Coffee because it reminds me something you'd sip on a front porch deep in the South. Make a big pitcher of it, make it for brunch, add a little bourbon to it; there are so many ways to enjoy your Charmed Iced Coffee.

Ingredients
2/3cupsof coarsely ground coffee
3cupsof water
1tsp.cinnamon
3Tbs.brown sugar
Instructions
Once you have all of your ingredients mixed in a quart jar, put the jar in your fridge overnight or for eight to 12 hours.
After a good, long soak, pour the chilled coffee through a fine strainer into another container. If you don’t have a fine kitchen strainer you can use a cheese cloth.
Then pour the filtered coffee back into the quart jar to use for later OR you can pour it into your favorite tumbler with ice, add as much or as little creamer as you wish. Mmmmmmmmmm…perfection!
Recipe Notes
Can be doubled for a bigger crowd, makes four cups.
You can use dark brown sugar rather than light brown sugar if you prefer a richer taste.
